this destructive "flood the zone” we’re experiencing is tough and we can’t keep up with it all, but this one from @nytimes.com caught my eye and feels extra important to pause, read, and highlight…painful, awful, wrong, disturbing, and yep, all part of the plan.

yes, we are not powerless! but it sure can feel that way. i keep remembering our positions, leadership, value, voice, and resources are different, but we have them.
