A relative is stuck there now, waiting for LTC for over 3 months. They won’t let him go home b/c he’s physically healthy, but needs 24 hour care. He’s sad, lonely, bored and gets one or two baths a week. They’re also charging him ~$100 a day to stay there. Broken system. ☹️

Ok, science hippies. A friend of a friend fished this out of a harbour on Canada’s east coast. What could it be? I’ve imaged-searched and got everything from a cauliflower to a tumour. I have no further info, but have asked if it seemed to be animal, veg, mineral or fungus, and about its texture.

This is Benjamin Button! At 3 weeks of age, almost all his hair fell out, and the vets aren’t sure why. He’s recovered nicely (4.5 months old and already over 6 pounds). #cats
