I am able to see my TikTok account now. No fyp, was able to see 2 post from friends. The trump saves TikTok message is gone. 🤔

Can someone explain like I’m 5 how Trump can save TikTok after the Supreme Court ruled the ban was constitutional? If that’s the case could he just sign an executive order saying Roe V Wade is law of the land? Why even have the Supreme Court if a president can executive override their ruling?
