It's easy in Finland to find reasons to stop people doing things. Health and safety. You need to have an official certificate. You can't bring outside electricity sources into apartment buildings, there's an infinite number of ways Finland can stop something like this happening.

So in theory this one balcony system could generate half your electricity needs for a whole year (or have I completely misunderstood?) Ergo with 2 of these sets... you would generate all your own electricity?

Excuse my complete ignorance om this. What could such a system power? Would it provide all the electricity needs for a small apartment: lights, tv, fridge, computer, appliances? Or would it just power for example the TV?
