I used to drive my XYL nuts with my pensive moods on Sundays before work and ESPECIALLY starting a few days prior to vacation end. Once I was in the thick of the crises at work, I was fine. Controlled chaos was my happy place, I guess. 😂

I would say opportunities to fail are opportunities to learn. “Success” is how you define it.

Before retirement I used to get the Sunday anxiety waves. I faced known issues and of course the arbitrary shit I just couldn’t anticipate. I used every experience to learn and improve. GL on Monday!

Back in olden times when eQSL was still wet behind the ears, one day I made a mistake and blindly confirmed several stations not in my log. I was lazy, coz eQSL didn’t matter much. Soon after I got email requests saying, “Hey, you confirmed eQSL but I need LoTW!” That’s when I figured out the scam.

I hate this paradigm. And frankly, I’m tapped out. What little discretionary money I have had usually goes to stuff I find essential. Drip, drip, drip subscriptions are avoided. That doesn’t mean good folks with valuable blogs/substacks don’t exist, but I can’t sustain financial support to them.
