I am not going to lie, I have been in a rut with my writing lately.

My most liked review on Letterboxd is for SLC Punk, if I'm not mistaken.

Lillard was awesome in that movie, and I think his portrayal of Stevo spoke some uncomfortable truths about what it truly means to be a "part" of a counter-culture movement.

I don't know what movie hot take is my least favorite.

1. Salo is a good date movie
2. Idiocracy/Don't Look Up is a documentary
3. They couldn't make Blazing Saddles today

I did, it was pretty interesting. I would agree that Possessor is better. Brandon Cronenberg is just a pretty good director

I had a lot of fun with this movie. Did you see Infinity Pool?

You know, a lot of people think tauntauns are hot on the inside, but they are actually Luke warm

I like We Bury the Dead. It wasnt a Home run, but it still was an enjoyable time

It is crazy that Tarantino might be the most important director when it comes to "creating cinephiles."

But if you actually do start diving into film, you will find that he just stole most of his most iconic moments.

I watched the film again semi-recently and it really hit home for me. The premise feels so timely with how people are acting, especially considering how people's addictions to social media warp their ability to critically think. I highly recommend watching it.
