I’m so incredibly saddened by this news. I worked with Nick at RPGFan, and he was such a sweet guy to chat with. Knew he had been battling CF, but this is still such a shock. My heart goes out to his husband and family, as well as you and all else who called him their friend.

I’m definitely interested in getting one. I’m doing all my PC gaming on my Steam Deck right now, partly because my desktop is old but mainly because I really just prefer couch gaming to desk gaming. But I have a decent Steam library, and this would let me easily play those games on my TV.

As someone with autism, that moment between Joe & Eva on tonight’s #survivor was everything. Just incredibly touching to see her be vulnerable with everyone and for Joe to recognize she needed him. I was freaking out because I relate so much and it’s awesome that the show is telling this story.

Elon is literally doing this in an email. And he’s threatening federal employees with termination if they don’t respond.

I keep thinking, “surely he’ll do something so bad that Congress will have to draw a line and impeach/convict him,” but A) it’s scary to think of what else he could do that would be bad enough for them, and B) what if he does that bad thing and they STILL don’t act?

That’s what terrifies me.

This is basically Trump admitting that he is knowingly breaking the law.

Okay, so this is hilariously and frighteningly incompetent on its own. But just go to the DOGE website and look at it. Does it look like a professional government website? Or does it look like a web design student’s first attempt at a site with an embedded Twitter feed? Hint: it’s not the former.

I am so close to PSLF and so scared it’s going to get taken away from me inches from the finish line. Trump has ignored the courts telling him to halt his funding freeze, so there’s nothing to stop him from eliminating PSLF and then just ignoring the courts when they tell him that’s illegal.

This is why we’re 100% in a constitutional crisis. Trump and his cronies are blatantly ignoring separation of powers, with regard to both the legislature (funding freeze, trying to dissolve agencies created by Congress, DOGE) and the judiciary (ignoring court orders). This is a coup.
