If I may gently recommend, you should make sure to eat and drink and still be prepared for the snow storm coming. Scrolling will only go so far to keep you informed, and continuous scrolling can only make you less healthy. You stay healthy so you can keep fighting.

This is within my very specific niche, but friends in America, take the time to write up a caretaking guide for your pets. Make sure more than one person has access to your house key (I have a spare with a couple neighbors) and let folk know who to contact in case anything happens to you.💕🐾

On a serious note, be kind to yourself, this world is legitimately insane, and you can feel powerless to change or stop the insanity that abounds these days.

Just try to find or build community and make a difference wherever you can.
