Brew day! I'm using my wild hops today in an IPA, using a small amount of EKG for bittering then will throw the wild hops in at the end and ferment with CML Four. Anyone else or anything on the go? #homebrew #beeroclock #Newcastle #beer

No preparation really, I picked these along with some my mum picked a week or so earlier then me and I've just put them all straight in the freezer until I decide to brew with them then they'll just go straight into a beer from the freezer.

Brew day at last, been a while, today is a Belgian tripel fermented with Crossmyloof Flushed Nun. This is the last of my ingredients so up next I think are a NEIPA using Crossmyloof tropical mix hops, Crossmyloof inspired Marzen, wheat SMASH and a bourbon oak porter. #beer #Newcastle #homebrew
