There was a gathering of old Courage brewers at Windsor & Eton brewery last year (I think) where they cracked open several Russian Imperial stouts. Including one that was 40 years old, apparently it was fantastic!
So worth a try eh?

It’s a fascinating concept. I worked at Horlicks where we had a continuous wort production mash system and always thought about hooking that up to this sort of set up for fully continuous beer manufacturing.

What do people need from a pub’s internet presence? In my day job I spend a lot of time thinking about β€˜user needs’ and, as people who go to the pub, we certainly know what we need from their internet presence.

BLOG POST: We need to know when you'll be open, what beers you'll be serving, maybe what food you have, and whether there'll be an open mic folk music session going on while we're trying to chat. Could there be an app for that?

Completely agree with all your points in this post.
My only build on your proposal is that it should just be a text / WhatsApp message sent to the publican. They answer the questions as if chatting to a mate. The pub’s website gets updated automatically.

An infographic titled "Compositions of UK Coins" details the metallic makeup of British currency. The Β£2 coin features a bi-metal design with a copper-zinc-nickel outer ring and a copper-nickel inner circle. The Β£1 coin shows pre-2017 compositions and notes the 2017 shift to a twelve-sided bi-metal design. The 50p and 20p coins are copper-nickel alloys, with the 50p having been resized in 1997. The 10p, 5p, 2p, and 1p coins all transitioned from copper-based alloys to plated steel in 2011 and 1992.

Sheff Wed will be officially relegated next Sunday if they lose the derby away at Sheff Utd. Relegation has been an inevitability all season since their points deduction but I think they’d rather avoid Utd being the team to β€˜send them down’.😭

4th stop in Windsor = Two Flints taproom, immediately next door to Indie Rabble. No flights but thirds of helles, NZ pilsner & more west coast IPA. Love the beers here, wish the taproom was a wee bit warmer (like next door!)...

An infographic titled "Valentine’s Day Chemistry" explores the molecules behind love. It features pink chemical structures for dopamine, serotonin, adrenaline, and oxytocin. Dopamine is linked to pleasure, while serotonin levels decrease, potentially causing obsession. Adrenaline increases heart rate and excitement. Oxytocin, the "cuddle hormone," fosters trust.

Brace yourself, you're dealing with salacious vegetables here. You're looking at two aubergines that have extra bits growing out the front that look like vegetable willies. The aubergine on the left is a shower with a very long, rather indecent vege willy that dresses to the left in quite an ostentatious manner. The aubergine to the right is more of a grower than a shower with its vege willy popping out and curving upwards in quite a jaunty angle. They're both resting against each other, very purple and quite shiny with some light coming through my kitchen window. These are the kinds of aubergines that would definitely feel comfortable taking a pictures of themselves and sending them to some unsuspecting peaches at two in the morning. Next to the aubergines is a cardboard patisserie box, open with two delicious pink sweets inside. Think of plump looking love hearts covered in pink chocolate icing, sprinkled with some candied pink flowers. Both the sexy aubergines and the lovehearts are resting against my fruit bowl which is full of green and red apples, which may be feeling envious that there are scene stealers currently taking up all the attention. Looking at this gratuitous display, you know the person taking the picture is cackling. You'd also be hearing the sound of cicadas coming through the window because it's summer in New Zealand and they're getting their groove on. All in all, this little scene is promising a good time for Valentine's Day, especially if those aubergines get moussaka-ed with some creamy bechamel. (I'm sorry, I really couldn't help myself.)
