That's fair and I didn't think about that! I think even with pronouncing the letters, it still has a bit better flow: "pee en gee tuber" vs "jay pee (ee) gee tuber"

Other than the actual filetype consideration, ping-tuber feels linguistically more pleasant than jay-peg-tuber. It's a smooth flow rather than being multi-segmented with hard consonant sounds.

idk if you're a mustard person (I'm not), but the jalapeno mustard is apparently the best of the 3 sauces. I'm a true midwest ranch addict, so I've been going with the fire ranch.
