And at the end let me quote words that helped me much more than years of learning in school, said by my ol'Merican friends from my former fandom community.

I'd like to say a big thank you to my two high school teachers who believed in me 💖 and to my friends and fam who supported me either with materials for the exam or with cheering and believing in me 💖 y'all the best 💖💖💖💖

So if I was able to get FCE B2 certification, after years of struggling with languages... whose teachers said to me I won't be able to do it with my lack of understanding grammar rules... much later than other people in my age - you can achieve your goals as well. I believe in ya 💖

It was also important for me that I did that, even if most of my friends achieved that certification in high school/uni time. That it's never too late to do it, even if your brain makes you feel "you are more stupid than them because you didn't take an exam 10 years ago" (don't listen to this).

So to see that after months of stress, anxiety, depression phases and low esteem moments - I was still able to prepare myself for this test and get the score I aimed for... I still cannot believe I did that (even if I screamed of happiness at 8 am after checking results, poor neighbours 😂)

Maybe it doesn't look like this, but languages were always one of my worst enemies in the school - no matter if it was Polish, English, German or French. I struggle with grammar rules, making a lot of mistakes, forgetting about other past tenses or idioms, getting the lowest scores on tests 💦

This weekend I finally got a final result of my #FCE exam and I've scored B2 lvl 💖 It is truly a great achievement for me, especially after months of preparations, years of learning and whole life of struggling with languages.
