We had a busy January!
Our engagement team spoke with lots of people about their experiences, including difficulties accessing appointments & online systems, and long waits for mental health assessments.
We also heard that local groups can be a lifeline for people to socialise and reduce isolation

The role will involve designing and running activities that will support people from all backgrounds and all areas of the city to have their say about services, and supporting supporting volunteers to take part in this work.
