Hey so “underage girls” are…children. The word you’re looking for is children. They’re not like, women-in-waiting or women-lite or whatever. They’re children. I think some of you are very uncomfortable with what that means for you but it is still true.

Releasing those files seems to be the only thing that scares him. I hope it keeps him up at night when his wilting brain recalls some cruel indignity he forced on a girl. Guilt stalks him in the dark hours he spends with his fear of knowing the consequences before his last breath.

...My husband and I drove two hours to see the nearest film print screening of Frankenstein and now I guess I'll have to wait to see it on Netflix instead. It's extremely disappointing to go to a historic theater and a place that should care more about cinema and presentation...

... No explanation. No offer to make amends. Staff all seemed busy with everything except maintaining the film in progress. I had heard amazing things about this theater and this was my first time going...

... What I did get to see was simply magical and a wonderful adaptation of the book. The experience was ruined by repeated interruptions between every reel and the last straw was when they skipped at least 20 minutes of the movie to start what appeared to be the very last reel of the film...

We tried to see the incredible Frankenstein directed by @realgdt.bsky.social today at @plazaatlanta.bsky.social but left after multiple problems with the reels with no explanation or apology from the staff...

A new post after a long absence. When the veil grows thin, sometimes our fingers can almost reach through. Some reflection and a small poem for the season.

Seems like it's worth pointing out that there were people at the No Kings protests handing out resource guides and providing ways to do more. Some people used it to build up a sense of community. They understand what it means to meet people where they are and not only where you want them to be.
