Going days or weeks without having to think about or fear what the president is doing is an underrated measure of a president’s success.

I think it was Nicholas Meyer who said that “you can probably only get people to sit through the end of the world for one night,” after ABC tried to make the Day After a two-night event.

You had these people pegged when you said that while white non-college voters rant about professors, Democrats, elites, and others looking down on them, MAGA lies to them and expects them to believe the lie. That is the very definition of contempt.

I have recently taken to reading British authors. Now reading the first Saint novel by Leslie Charteris.

That’s why Republicans never left him. His voters will go back to ignoring elections again when he’s not at the top of the ticket and the Republicans are in trouble when they do.
