Mini Review: The Da Vinci Code Vertigo Theatre closes season with treasure-hunt mystery

A fun adventure that utilizes projections and an intricate set to take audiences on this wild ride, you still have a couple of days to catch The Da Vinci Code at Vertigo Theatre.

Closing night of the record-setting 2025 Calgary Underground Film Festival saw an Eli Craig double-header, and it was the perfect pairing featuring the sold-out Canadian premiere of Clown in a Cornfield.

This week The Monkey hits the big screen. Thanks to the Calgary Underground Film Festival, I got a chance to see it a few days early, and I gotta tell you, it's one of the best films I've seen in a while.

Funny, dark, gory, it's definitely worth a watch. So many laughs. So many cringes.

So I think it's a link back scheme, but at what end is unknown. Just seems off.

Today's shitty mental health walk brought pigeons exploring if a new build is in their budget, painted rocks scattered throughout the park, some old cars, and lots, and lots of ice.
