real talk "kids have been priced out of toys" is a really fucked up sentence that I think speaks to a sickness deep in our society, this should not be a thing that happens

somebody asked me to elaborate on this: I take inspiration from Ursula k. leguin here. she posited that you can do anything in kid's fiction as long as you weight it with hope. I tend to agree. I think kids aren't experienced or sturdy enough to breathe in hopelessness. teens esp are already there

addendum: based on the advice of the linked reddit thread I think I was able to simply remove the entire gaming bar by opening a Powershell and entering:
