I didn't mean that fascism *always* or *necessarily* produces civil war. I was only pointing out the distinction between the political ideology and the social conditions around it. Saying "It's not civil war, it's fascism" is comparing apples and oranges.

Fascism is the political ideology, civil war is the conflict it produces.
