I've never been skydiving myself, but I'm astounded that Christian parents just let their babies go skydiving with random atheists regularly enough for this question to be asked.

I started by doing it on my own terms. I thought that my therapist would expect me to do half an hour, but I didn't have the energy. So I gave myself permission to work out 10 minutes at a time.

During an "up" period I tend to want to try to do more, and sometimes it sticks!
