It's just weird that I get treated differently when I wear my leather jacket instead of my light sport or comfy brown jackets.

People needs to dispel their perceptions and treat *everyone* with courtesy. The dude in a suit probably just got home from a date. His limp didn't suddenly go away!

Even people on limited incomes sometimes wear nice clothes. Should someone not offer to help their grandma with a hip replacement just because she's dressed for Thanksgiving?

Just because a #disabled person is wearing nice clothes, it doesn't mean they:

1. Don't need extra time to board the bus or train.
2. Don't need the disabled seating closest to the door.
3. Don't need the bus parked close to the curb.
4. Don't need the bus lowered.

Delivery notifs are crazy these days. Email: Your item has been delivered. Shop: Your item has been delivered. Amazon: Your item has been delivered. Paypal: Your item has been delivered.

Palantir, silently, probably: Damn, look at what that guy just got delivered. It's a microCD card, calm down!

Lost a player from our #Daggerheart table, but filled it quickly with another friend. About half of the way through the campaign, I'd say. Aiming for 10 levels completely.

Yeah, on new stuff like this, it has 1.0 beat. I can feel the fluff just looking at it. And that sweater looks like an actual sweater! xD

I'm pretty sure it was a memory lapse, which is my fault for not adding it to the calendar (when I normally double check the date or day of the week). That's been my memory cane/walker for events, so-to-speak. But the week was pretty packed, so I got lazy maybe. #BrainTumor #BrainCancer

I'm wondering if I had a brief moment of aphasia or a short term memory lapse causing me to miss something I was looking forward to. ☹️

Which version of Jackbox is this? Sounds like a good icebreaker for newer friends, and a good exposure of little known info for family and older friends.

But I appreciate the inclusion. It's a complex disease that everyone has different responses to.

I know it's fictional, but I can imagine him emotionally processing it later in the same way I did—my main emotional moment happened three months later. I know it's an ER-based show, so we probably won't follow-up on his case, unless he has a seizure that lands him back there.

The guy diagnosed with a brain tumor in #ThePitt played it how I reacted to my diagnosis. A logical processing, not overly emotional (that came later). Granted, my symptoms were different and my emergency contacts were my parents (who didn't need to be called). But it's interesting to see 3rd party.

Maybe a neighbor walked their dog and didn't pick it up. This is just someone returning to sender.

@spenserstarke.bsky.social If a player has multiple sources of advantage and disadvantage, but one of their dice is not a d6 (e.g. because of Demigod), how does the dice cancellation pan out? For example, if the player has 2 advantage dice (d6/d10) and one disadvantage, does the player choose?

They are the best thing about the story. Foils to pretty much everyone and everything else.

It's the best story in that universe, so I have high hopes.
