I want to specifically plug the PAC, which I think gets less attention because few consider "pedestrian" as part of their identity.

But everybody walks (or rolls) and the PAC sees the same presentationsβ€”more actually!β€”as the BAC.

Residents of wards 4, 5, 6, and 9 especially encouraged to apply.

HF1167 would ax the NLX train (Mpls to Duluth)

Years of community work & MNDOT investment down the drain, b/c trains are essentially 'a handout.'

There is a belief that transit should pay for itself b/c of a notion that roads, airports, etc. pay for themselves.

They don't. (More on this soon) 1/2

A drawing of a neighborhood with a vacant lot surrounded by 2 to four story homes and businesses. There are people walking along the sidewalk. It looks cozy and the neighborhood has a grocery store on the left side. In the middle of the image is a vacant lot. In the center of the fenced empty lot is a billboard that says "Everyone Works but the Vacant Lot". Image is by Alfred Twu created for N4MN.

Thank you to the co-authors of #LVT bill HF 161. We hope to see more folks joining Rep. Elkins, @aishagomez.bsky.social , @repkatiejones.bsky.social @andysmithmn.bsky.social and Rep. Sencer-Mura in supporting a common sense solution to vacant and abandoned lots. #LandValueTax #MNleg

It feels almost wrong to be posting support for a candidate when Sen. Dziedzic just passed away. And; nothing, especially politics, stops for death. I like Peter's leadership when it comes to addressing climate change-thru transit policies, through housing work, all of the different intersections.

I'm personally going to advocate for southbound bus lanes! The current proposal does not include them and the future F-Line BRT will be stuck in a single lane of mixed-traffic.

Every single family dwelling is also required to have at least 3 off street parking spots in Woodbury.
