Sometimes when I'm walking on the greenway I'll lean on a lightpost to stretch but I guess I won't do that anymore because it might look like I'm stealing copper and I'll get murdered.

Dan has more competence and understanding of the rules and bylaws of the DFL in his pinky than Cyndy Martin or almost anyone else on that committee. This is the DFL leadership signaling that it won’t tolerate competence if it gets in the way of their preferred outcomes.

How many pedestrians will they kill before they leave?

Can we make policy at the city level to ban them and if so which council members should we work hardest on convincing?

I'm so grateful for all the current and former members on the Minneapolis Pedestrian Advisory Committee for caring as much as they do about pedestrian safety. It may seem mundane but walking should not be a life and death matter.

The older I get, the more I love sitting down. Great feeling when you need a seat and then you find one.

The transit accessibility is great. I took the Green Line there today!

I'd settle for anything indoors downtown Minneapolis with ample public seating, restrooms, drinking fountains and a sense of community. It would make me more likely to spend time as a family in the area if I knew I could sit down, grab some water or a restroom if need be without having to go home.

I think we need a public killdozer that anyone can borrow when they need it. Imagine how fast C. David George's properties would get cleaned up!

Hard to beat Choo Choo Bob's. The kids like it too.

It pains me to say as a Minneapolitan but Union station in St. Paul with its gorgeous public bathrooms, plentiful seating, games, art, bookstore, food and architecture is more family friendly and pleasant place to spend time at than anywhere in Minneapolis.

The new church going up down the block finally got its 3 hats installed just in time for winter and I’m very happy for it
