I also switched a few months ago (still have a windows partition though ... just in case)

My only problem is, I need to test the windows export of my game. At the moment I upload the build to steamworks and launch it via steam-proton.

I think there are a couple of things that have helped me:
- official documentation of a game engine, they often have tutorials and sample projects
- youtube (for example I used to watch AdamCYounis to understand pixel art better)
- Godot Discord server - got some help here when I was stuck
