13.02.2026 18:30 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thanks for the offer! At the moment I am not looking into other platforms - but Mac would definitely be interesting.
If the sales are good enough to put a Mac port in the "remotely makes sense" territory I will reach out if it is ok π§‘
I just released my second Steam game.
Feels really amazing! π₯³
I'm using Godot for quite a while now, but I am still suprised and happy about how adaptive it is. For MeltyFlow I used a custom build and a GDExtension and the flexibility is just π

Thanks for the feedback! Helps to hear this!
20.01.2026 16:43 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0What do you think of this trailer? Do you grasp what this is or do I need to redo some parts?
It is a customizeable lava lamp for the desktop that you can also click to interact a bit (like a fidget toy). Is this what you would get out of this trailer?
#Godot #GodotEngine
No sorry, some of the features make it windows only (for now). If the reception will be very good I will consider doing Mac and Linux versions π
16.01.2026 20:13 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Lol... Meatballs
Damn now I'm hungry
It's not a 'typical' meatball implementation, but that doesn't matter too much in this case.
It's hard to simulate a real lava lamp perfectly as this would keep a CPU quite busy.
It can happen in my simulation that chunks of particles collide and create "ripples", but it doesn't happen often.
Thanks π§‘

It's really chill and I already can't imagine going back to the old boring life without it π
Of course made in #GodotEngine! A wishlist and sharing this post would be nice π§‘
Thanks for the nice words! I definitely consider it a lot of times!

01.11.2025 07:43 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thanks for the nice words! Yes, everything but a few lines of shader code were done by me - I looked up some open source shaders to modify for the screen space effect.
