I love that many medical practices welcome inclusive language now. Years ago, I couldn't even write "orgasm" for one client, while writing about lubricant. I had to use phrases like "tingly, pleasurable sensations" instead. And "person with a vulva/penis" was definitely not acceptable. #progress
