Canada's true crisis is the everyday emergency of just trying to get by in an impossible economy.
Iโm running for NDP leader so we can transform a system rigged for the richโtogether.
We need a government that serves the many, not the money.

I put Feather Friendly on my windows 4 years ago, anecdotally collisions went down to near zero. Individual site conditions are all different though, even on the same day depending on where the sun is.

This is what immediately came to mind.

The state finalized rules ensuring most new edifices will install electric heat pumps and stoves instead of gas appliances, lowering costs and improving air quality.

Here's a fun (terrifying) one. A journalist was trying to find a specific article he'd written and couldn't find it on Google. At all. Someone had tricked Google into de-listing it entirely.

This will undermine climate foresight work here and abroad, cost the nation as a whole, and make your family less safe.

At this juncture Iโd like to point out:
* weโre on the brink of a golden age of medical healing
* thereโs enough money in the world to solve every problem in the world
* a united approach could stop the climate crisis
But a small group of sociopaths seeking personal power are going to throw it away.
This is so heartbreaking and makes nothing better and no one safer. It is the punitive act of an administration that values fealty over human health.
16.04.2025 01:41 โ ๐ 4703 ๐ 1205 ๐ฌ 65 ๐ 22The default position is everyone needs a car, and a bike is an extra purchase. Of course many people need a car, but thereโs no consideration that even if a car is needed a bike could replace much of the cars use. Extending the cars life, lowering cost and giving a better quality of life.

03.02.2025 23:15 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 2 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0As soon as I got an e-bike in 2019, I began commuting on it 5 days a week instead of 1 day/week on my regular bike.
This also doesnโt even account for hilly cities like Seattle and SF where e-bikes suddenly open the doors to many more routes around town.
Iโm sure it doesnโt mean anything, just like the last time it lined up.
