Just so everyone knows, @bandcamp responded to my email about the website issues almost immediately.

It’s all fixed now and I feel great about the service!

The top menu bar came back for a minute and now it's gone again as soon as I refreshed the page.

@bandcamp must be doing some tinkering under the hood.

I loved it. Would have preferred a different ending though.

Are any other artists on @Bandcamp having trouble with the website today?

I don't see the top bar with stats and stuff anymore. I can't still get to it with the right url, but this is weird.

I became my own teacher. I wrote my own music. I made my own recordings. And along the way, I found people who resonated with what I was doing – both as audience members and collaborators.

It's a simple idea, really. Why are some of us still waiting to be chosen?

There were other rejections but somehow I took it all as a signal that I was going to have to do things my own way.

I wasn't chosen so I would have to choose myself.

I didn't want to talk about it then. I was 14 and my ego was in free-fall. I had finally gotten a drum set which I had been wanting since as long as I could remember – and in my 2nd lesson the teacher basically told me to quit.

When I got in the car with my dad and he asked me how the drum lesson went, I said "fine." But I knew he could tell I didn't mean it.

I’m in the US for a couple of weeks.

So my stepdad had the tv on and an ad came on for Ram trucks that made me feel afraid for the republic.

No more US tv for me.

Most of my “screen time” is between here and YouTube.

I’ve noticed an uptick in AI videos on YouTube that are actually really well done… I hate to admit.

The one’s I’m seeing are of the quasi-scientific persuasion, which means we should be really worried because no one is fact-checking this slop.

Am I going nuts or is this actually seriously heavy stuff?

I don’t usually watch David Pakman, but if this is true, what is the remedy?

Suggestion: A strike of musicians, writers, hosts, actors, lighting, electricians--everyone, shutting down all TV studios, until Jimmy Kimmel is reinstated.

This is the kind of action we need, instead of sitting around just waiting to be gutted.

What Jimmy Kimmel said was misunderstood but it seems like they were waiting for this opportunity to silence him.
