I just hope they return to the PS2 and PS3 era of pushing AA games like Helldivers 2.

AA games have always been a good middle ground of relatively high budget but just “small” enough to be able to experiment.

Jampack demo discs and the PS Underground was the embodiment of this type of focus.

And as to how it happened, I think it started with iOS7 honestly. I think that began the slow and steady march to over-simplifying functionality to the point of needless complexity, and then stuffing it full of frivolous and underbaked features to bullshit over at shareholder meetings.

I still think that both iOS and macOS feels better to use than anything out there rn if we aren’t counting super bespoke stuff like Orb. But I would still give it a (very painful) 5/10. The only thing keeping it there tho is the legacy languages that have basically been there since freaking NeXTStep

and an interesting note IIRC, is that their writing style changed heavily at some point, leading people to speculate it may have actually been someone legit at the start but then a “fake” one took their place and turned it into an SCP-style fan fiction for the worst of the worst conservative cur’s.

I really hate to admit it, but it does seem like there may have been something to it.

Certainly not all of it, or even most of it, but I’m leaning towards it actually being *something* at one point.

Either that or they just got lucky. Just look at how much The Simpsons have “predicted”.

I tried it myself with a few different tests and none of them were correct.

I’m sure it probably has become *better* but seeing people say “NUH UH!” in your replies is odd considering I just saw it get it wrong multiple times in a row, when I know for a fact, because I was the one who wrote it.

I just tested about 4 different writings of about 500-100 words and all of them were incorrect, and I *know* they were wrong because I was the one who wrote them.
