That was my experience, too. The fact that my wife worked at state farm and talked me up to her bosses was definitely a factor on my getting hired there. DEI initiatives helped, too. For anyone who thinks those are unnecessary.

Talked to my boss today. We decided that I should start talking to my team about DEI subjects again. Starting by talking about my alters and discussing my experience of being a dissociative system.

20 years ago is when ot all started. It's been gradually building to this since the G.W. years.

So, my anxiety is high right now. As I happen to be a dissociative system, that means my alters are going to be a lot more active for the next little while. My protector and my soother will be doing their best to keep me balanced and will likely have to front more often. May alert my boss about it
