The nhs's most valuable asset is its staff. They have been so undervalued in the past. Caring for the carers is so important & aids retention.

While PubMed eclipses the other preprint servers (over 38 million entries!), this tool searches all of them in about 15 seconds. Building it required upgrading from free hosting to a relatively low-end dedicated virtual server (4 CPUs, 8GB RAM).
