I know. I took the so called Superloop from Canary Wharf to Blackheath last sunday, it was ridiculously slow.

I think that’s just one of the reasons cited by the expert, possibly a factor that impacts some routes.

Almost three quarters of London’s bus routes are now slower than they were a decade ago, according to our analysis of Transport for London data. Out of 748 active routes across Greater London, 555 (74%) have seen a drop in average speed since 2015. The 110 (which runs between Hounslow and Hammersmith) has slowed by almost 2.65 miles per hour over ten years.

I've been enjoying the look at the grammar system but I feel some pertinent facts are missing from people's arguments.

Firstly - social mobility. The rate of pupil premium (aka disadvantaged) in English schs is about 27%. In AGSB's last y11 cohort, it was 5%. At Sale is was 3%, Stretford 14%.

Yeah, I’m no expert but this sounds like what Ophira found in the research too.
