Janos Marik's kitschy charm and very OK priorities (such as celebrating the year 3000 with a giant party instead of a war) always make me smile. One of the least-bad House Lords, for sure.

BattleTech is very subjective. Ask ten fans what it's all about and you'll get twelve different answers.

There are a lot of very cool 'mechs like the stubborn Vindicator and mighty Warhawk, and it should be hard to pick - but my favorite is the Marauder and it's not even close.

And today's #BattleTech game 4600 vs 3800. Mostly a test game for our upcoming campaign.
The Cougar D was dishing out the damage from the back, but the Archer and Stormcrow blew the head off the Panther before he could do much.

The condition of my mechs at end of game. Vindicator fell over knocking out the pilot.

Played my first game of Battletech today, pretty sure I prefer it to Warhammer.

Got in a game of Battletech with the 9yo and his buddy today. Simple 2v2 as my Cougar and Highlander IIC took on their Rifleman IIC and Grendel.

Turn and Burn II first tournament match. Some bad decisions and unlucky rolls did me in, but great opponent and fun match. So lucky to be able to play an #Battletech Aerospace tournament, thanks to the MRC and MegaMek.

Easily my best mech, AND model in general, has to be my Ghost Bear Dominion Xi Galaxy Timberwolf. All checkerboarding was done by hand, I've never gemmed a cockpit that well since, and the base was something I experimented with, and found major success with.

Aerospace is incredibly unforgiving. Eggs attacking each other with steamrollers!
