This is simply not true as shown by Feng, Yun and Wang in their "From Junior to Senior"-study from January 2026. Contrary to your claim experienced developers are what is needed to reliably steer agentic AI towards desired outcomes and more importantly prevent undesired outcomes (think Midas' Touch)
