Imagine being proud of yourself for making it harder for a small group of Iowans to buy cars, start businesses, take out home loans, get medical care, find goods and services from Iowa businesses, protect unique children, obtain a passport, be safe in public places, be seated in restaurants....

I have covered presidential politics for 40 years. This was the most juvenile display by a President and Vice President I have ever seen. Other presidents treated their enemies with more respect. This is a low point and a dark day for the US. Totally embarrassing.

Denigrating a democratic world leader while sitting next to him has not only jeopardized our work with global allies. Once again, Trump's ego just put our national security at risk.
