I’m of the opinion that it should be law to disclose whether something made with AI across the board.

Thr biggest reason AI usage gets called out on games is because it's a required disclosure on Steam, and you don't have that black mark if you don't use AI. The advertising industry would change overnight if similar disclosure was required
