But I don't remember media going at the Tories about what they didn't deliver from their manifesto. Things have changed in the world so tax rises are right.

I keep seeing/hearing versions of the claim that immigration is now in the top three issues for Scots (that specifically from The Scotsman's politics podcast).

The most recent Scottish issue polling was done in the summer, by Ipsos, and immigration wasn't in the top ten.
