An always-on open microphone in every home, just like Alexa, recording every sound that ICE can use to find people to disappear. And people call me extreme for not using cloud services.

An absolutely, totally painless vaccination session for both Flu and COVID, one in each arm today. If I weren't watching him, I would have thought it was a scam. I hardly felt a thing.

After the first shot, I asked him if he was done and not repositioning. He said he was good at this. He was.

I lost my patience with the anti-vax crowd long ago. I am alive today because of vaccines, starting with smallpox and polio. I had classmates die from measles and polio, and some spent months in iron lungs. I lost nine people during COVID before the vaccine was available. Anti-vax = Pro-death.

I was too young (eight or nine) when my friend and I went to a matinee when The Tingler came to my local theater. It scared me under my seat, and the usher asked us to leave. Over sixty years later, I still can't bring myself to watch the digital copy I acquired.

There appears to be a bug in their search algorithm, which may be caused by the distributive nature of the platform. It may not be indexing all instances or might be excluding some from indexed results. Regardless, it is a bug that wasn't there before.

I just scrolled through the #WIPSnips tag and didn't see this post or your account. I noticed that the search results are close to date order, newest to oldest, but not entirely. For example, some posts from 9 days ago show up before posts from 1 day ago.
