Having caught some of his set at Glastonbury Iβd say he seems pretty oblivious to everything if he hadnβt publicly endorsed Forage or whatever like a week prior. He left stage to have a break three times and the backing band took over.
I doubt he even knows what A I is but yeah, this is tone deaf.
I had to check it wasnβt The Onion. Unbelievable, like weaponised slop.

Halted by rain but base laid and everything bar roof built of new shed this weekend.
Still colossally tired - even after allowing myself to drift off again at 9am then waking 4 hours later.
You know in ROTS when Obiwan and Anakin are fighting on Mustafar and theyβre duelling on top of floating lava droids. Mad day for them no?

Half my 'old other site' numbers but I appear to be creeping up on 2.5k followers here somehow. Erm, apologies I guess.
More work to post soon but currently buried with client stuff and wanting to throw my computer in the sea and never be found sort of thing. You know how it is.
For my sanity, I need a day soon where I just sleep. One of those where you stir and just roll over and fall back asleep.

Great insights from Ridley Scott's former right-hand man, Ivor Powell.

Very proud of my wife being immensely clever and actually saying clever stuff on stages at festivals and on the radio today while I, on the other hand, WAS quite pleased I did two bits of work and laid 6 paving slabs before I knew sheβd done all that.
25.07.2025 22:40 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I remember being especially pleased with myself when I realised I could use the 2001 running scene in the opening horizontal slice year montage.
Anyway, give it a watch itβs great!

I'm operating on three hours sleep today. I'm in the middle of a pile of work, have meetings and people round later. I foresee no issues there.

The ADHD means short stories (or short story like) resonate more for me, and these all plump the brain in excellent ways.
Tales From the Loop was infinitely better.
