What a wildly stupid idea.

Mandatory helmets and high viz is a proven remedy to reduce the number of people cycling. It effectively kills off things like Dublin Bikes.

That's why no other EU country does anything like this. Pure madness.

So glad we don't have a major gun crime problem because FFG's solution would be to mandate the weating of bulletproof vests before passing a law clarifying that murder is still illegal #spéirgorm

Also if you get a response saying “it’s ok we’re only supporting state-led LNG” (looking at you Sinn Fein) that is complete BS. It’s still new fossil fuel infrastructure and ‘state-led’ emissions are exactly the same.
