I personally feel like this is an under-discussed aspect of academia, but do people have tips and tricks on grading because I often find it demotivating, especially when students do something so far off from what you expect them to?

Note that traveling generally makes me anxious already.

Is it just me or traveling is extra anxiety-laden as an academic because you feel like you should be working but the environment tends not to be work-friendly (bad internet, etc.)?

I do the same thing! I wonder if people who ask frequently just shoot whatever comes to their mind without overthinking it 😅

I just see a few numbers of people who always have comments / question, and I don’t know how they do it. This is also apart from my anxiety about asking questions in public settings generally too.

- You can now convert Mute lists into Curated lists! Just open the list menu by pressing L, then hit the "Convert" button!
- The conversion is an one-way operation for now, but later I can add the reverse (curated to mute)!

I wonder if every academic is able to just fully form their thoughts on the spot during a talk and ask questions right away afterwards because I feel like I’ve never had that moment where I have a properly formulated thoughts / questions for the speaker 😕

I’m still trying to figure out how I’ll use this space. But I’ll definitely try to be here more.
