the best way is to use whichever build of CRTpi that suits your needs- forces 240p output through the composite jack-

cheap raspberry pi 3B+ has on-board composite out- i run emulation station on there and hook it up to portables all the time - often building it into the case!

Immigration officers arrested a 38-yr-old Iranian man outside his child’s preschool in Beaverton. The man is married to a US citizen, had applied to receive a green card. He doesn’t appear to have a criminal record.
The incident marks the 1st confirmed case of an immigration arrest at an OR school.
