However, I’m also very angry that we all *already* support them, with our tax dollars, and now people have to give extra because that asshat decided to steal the money and destroy what we’re already paying for.

BUT now we not only want them to a) like us less, & b) have bigger armies, but we also want to give them the weapons?
Thank YOU for the work you do

Right now, Dems are hiding in their offices, scrolling their phones fearfully, wondering "how are voters going to feel about the National Guard being deployed?"
The right, meanwhile, is vigorously *attempting to shape* how voters feel about it, filling every medium with coordinated propaganda.

01.06.2025 01:36 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0This Atlanta team feels so incredibly, and sadly, reactive. They’re just knocking the ball around to whatever is obviously available. It doesn’t feel like they’re attempting to CREATE advantageous circumstances, you know? #RBNY

01.06.2025 01:22 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Impressed with Edelman tonight, especially his control of difficult balls. A lot of bouncing stuff or things he’s had to take out of the air, and he’s regularly played 1 or 2 touch to move the ball around pressure and through tight space. #RBNY

30.05.2025 15:04 — 👍 10 🔁 2 💬 1 📌 0Sen. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.) says Democrats should be more open to hearing “legitimate” concerns about transgender students participating in girls and women’s sports, the latest in a recent string of Democrats to break publicly with the party on an issue championed by Republicans. “As a parent of a daughter, I think it’s legitimate that parents are worried about the safety of their daughters, and I think it’s legitimate for us to be worried also about fair competition,” Gallego said in an interview published Thursday with The Dispatch, a right-leaning digital magazine. “And I think the parents of these trans children also are worried legitimately about the health and wellness of their kids.”
Indefensible comments on trans participation in sports from Dem Senator Ruben Gallego.
The claim that trans girls in sports are endangering cis girls is an incredibly dangerous (and entirely fabricated) rhetorical choice.
thehill.com/homenews/lgb...
There are no legitimate concerns about trans girls competing in girls sports.
There are only bigoted concerns, concerns eerily similar to “black athletes are inherently stronger so it’s unfair to integrate high school sports”.
@gallego.senate.gov, there is no middle ground with bigots.
I’m impressed we got this result with such heavy rotation throughout the lineup. More of a grind than it probably should have been, but all things considered with this game being in the closing stages of a gauntlet month it’s actually a pretty impressive win
