I guess I’ve entered my dark “romance” era then

I should probably be concerned that I’m enjoying ‘Haunting Adeline’ and found THAT belt scene hot, but I’ll process that another time

But the fact remains that for people who don’t have time for longer workouts, “something is better than nothing”

Obviously the nuance is that you can train for 45mins and do whatever routine Paul did and may never look like Paul Mescal because we are all different and have different goals

Paul Mescal said he’s workouts for Gladiator 2 were only 45mins and I just want to remind everyone that shorter workouts are valid and can be incredibly effective.

Both 😵‍💫

It snowed here and I’m sad to be missing deadlifts so here’s 100kg (3 x 3) from last weeks shitty sesssion 😅

I used to torture myself but there’s far too many books on my tbr pile and life is too short
