Fuck. I know we’ve talked about it but this is the first I’ve SEEN it. That’s not normal. You’re right to take him for a second opinion if his breathing is that rapid so frequently. I’d even ask about another check of his heart… EKGs don’t cover everything… 😕 Call me after the vet tomorrow!

Thanks to some amazing folks, I’ve met the goal to cover the hotel for the move! I’ll miss Michigan, but this is the best opportunity for me.

I talked to Matt and he is willing to forward funds if needed.

So… If I could have ANY help, I’d be so damn grateful. This is my chance to get going again. I’d be able to make $19.75/hour, 38-40 hours a week. But right now, it’s sleep in my car, or get a hotel. If it were spring? No problem. I could sleep in the car. But not the dead of winter.

I’d have to get down there on the 16th, because orientation would be the 17th. The apartment wouldn’t be able to let me in until the 24th.

I can just barely afford the apartment right now (first month, last month, security deposit.). A hotel would cost me an extra $600 for a week.

Twist of fate I never saw coming. A family friend helped me get a job offer. In Ohio. I want to take it. It would be phenomenal pay. But I would need to stay at a hotel for about a week, which I just can’t do, if I were to pay the cost for an apartment there.

He’s still living with just a single space heater that he takes from room to room as needed, and puts on eco mode while he’s out so there’s still heat for Izzy without being overly risky. I’ll be keeping it on the normal mode when he’s gone since I’m still out of work, and can monitor it for him.

Worked together with @finder-keyper.bsky.social to make this piece of modern AU Izzy. I did the outline and flat colors. He assisted with shading and highlights, as well as a few minor edits. We’re both hyped for Pillion which prompted the idea.

NGL, this might just be my favorite piece you’ve made.

Jim would have chunky peanut butter. A generous layer but not overdoing it. Preserves or jam. They hate jelly. Too fake feeling. They want something more real. They’d go light on the jam/preservatives to avoid a huge mess. Blackberry flavor. They want it a little tart.

Didn’t get the chance to with the chaos so I’ll toss my hat into the ring!

My favorite one so far!

I’m about halfway to the goal right now for a hotel for a night, due to the crew. And it’s amazing knowing they’ve got my back. I try to help others when I can, where I can. Shits been tough lately. I’m applying for jobs while couch surfing and hoping something happens soon to get me back up.
