Haarlem is my favourite city of any I have visited. Lively but calmer than Amsterdam, which is also amazing. Beautiful architecture. Typical Dutch canals. Town squares. And yes, fantastic bike infrastructure. But the best thing is how quiet it is compared to other cities - fewer cars = less noise!
