SOK, Shetland's Organisation for Knitters, is a new charity founded to preserve, protect and promote Shetland’s heritage knitting traditions.

To get its work underway, SOK has opened a crowdfunder with rewards for donations from £5 to £1000.

This week's #showmeyourknits is for #LYSDay , so here is my home away from home, Gosh Yarn It! in Kingston, PA. Funny story, I bought the yarn for this sweater at the height of the pandemic in 2020; Jill, the shop owner, kindly set it out on her front porch for me to pick up! I love my LYS. 🧶
