Painful to see Labour do so badly in its Welsh heartland, but heartening to see people do want to stop Reform.
A lesson for Labour: it's more than possible to win with a bold, redistributive offer, rather than tanking to the right to stop Reform.
But time is running out.

The vilification of Adrian and his colleagues is a tactic as old as the hills.

Bin worker Adrian was told he was getting 'downgraded' - a paycut of £6k - just weeks after losing his son to sepsis.

Now he fears losing his home.

“It could put me and my family out on the street," he says.

“How can you just wake up one morning and lose £500 a month?"

He was a bin man for 23 years, then his son died and pay was cut by £500 a month Bin worker Adrian Hyde sadly lost his son to sepsis last year. Just five weeks later Adrian opened a shocking letter from his employer Birmingham City Council.

The Birmingham bin strike has descended to a war of words almost as toxic as the piles of rat-infested rubbish residents have been facing in parts of the city.

But in the end the strike comes down to stories like Adrian's.
