Dependent and codependent relationship addiction often appears paired with another person who has a personality disorder. For the dependent person their heroin is the other person. They can be seen as gripping on to that person in a self destructive and self sabotaging way.

I respect any women who will not be bullied and stand with the victims of abuse regardless of our differences and political opposites. The grey area can be the healthy area. Rigidity is a sign of illness. As a licensed professional any SUSPICION of abuse must be reported. Everyone also can report.

Anyone that recovers from toxic codependency needs support and validation. This recovery is like giving birth to yourself. Regardless of political party it is a wonderful process to see their truth emerge. Many times it comes with a heightened sense of ethics and morality.

As people change their minds about issues it is important to be kind to them and compassionate.

Interesting that sometimes a person with npd also hides a bpd with talionoc revenge. The “ grudges” can last for years and combined with positions of power can be devastating toward the perceived enemy. The remedy is insight into the original source.

Anxiety is at a high level right now. Try not to self medicate. Seek therapy, medication management and try self soothing techniques. Spring is a tough time for people suffering depression. While others feel positive with the newness, people suffering depression often do not feel that.

Please monitor friends, family and coworkers for signs of suicide. These rates go way up during our country’s stress. Refer them for help, do interventions and listen to their pain. We are all human regardless of political orientation or resources.

This is an age to learn about psychology and trauma. Leaders, any, who are not self actualized will act out their trauma, project their own perceived negatives and self destruct.
