Trying again, as the original article has now vanished.
I don't know who wrote this anonymous memo: archive.ph/5imGV But its themes and language overlap strongly with some of the things the "Labour" peer Maurice Glasman said in this discussion: podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/l...
“Global debt hit a record high of $337.7 trillion at the end of the second quarter, driven by easing global financial conditions, a softer U.S. dollar and a more accommodative stance from major central banks"

"Colonial structures and systems continue to devise tactics to remove Indigenous Peoples from their lands. In this case, it is a divide-and-conquer narrative – one that Indigenous Peoples have seen played out again and again."

I've been involved with the book project "Young and female: international perspectives on the future of farming" since before the pandemic. I'm pleased to say it's out, and it's open access:

The takeaway:
👉 Accommodating the radical right on immigration doesn’t win back voters.
👉 It alienates the progressive base.
👉 And it raises the salience of the very issue the radical right owns.
In short: it’s electoral self-harm.
A solid political agenda
