The best possible treatment for me is increasing the time I can be around people. I have enough independence. But spending only a tiny fraction of my day with others is not okay.

I feel like I'm so fixated on the likely possibility that someone just leaves me without saying anything that it's hard to actually form attachment. Believing someone won't do that and investing energy into them is really hard.

Same here. With the situation I was in (and probably still am, idk), the person literally gets defensive about her age whenever anyone wants to talk about it. And as soon as my sister did the math, going along with her real age supposedly being 19 at the time, the girl tried to cover it up
